Thing I wanna know it what are innocent motorists gonna do about trumped up charges?

I mean I've had cops try and do be before for drink driving, when the car is parked and the engine isn't even running! :eek:

Crazy they can indeed charge you, if your in the drivers seat and the key is in the ign then your in control of the car.

Yea, can see how that works, however, I was sitting in the trunk of the car and the key was on my belt PMSL I was drinking in public and sitting in the trunk with mates to keep out the rain hiding under the tail gate :D

Did make me laugh so much though, still do laugh every time I think about it and whenever I'm sitting in the back of the truck or car or van drinking lol
