Should my bug not go within the next few months then saving shall commence for this conversion lol. I was contemplating with an impreza engine for it a little while ago, its not overly complicated to do but it is ridiculously expensive. Its around £9000 to get all the bits you need for it... although i could just wack the in engine in on the stock gearbox and drums all round... could be, er.. fun *writes out will*

O, btw, you can also put rx7 lumps in to them, quite a common conversion too ;)

Lol they are the most common, theres loads of conversions out there... as far as i know i have seen the following:


Impreza transplant
RX7 transplant
Porsche conversion (air cooled lump)
Ford 3ltr v6 (Rare)
