Someone decided that it'd be a good idea to hack through my brake line.
Some people eh??
Thought that might be the reason, some dicks around :(

Cheers man but had to get them PDQ as it's my only mode of transportation and way out of the damn house.
Got them replaced, all the brake fluid replaced and system bled (and re-adjust the e-brake which went all funny from being used when driving)
Macca, I was lucky enough to see a puddle around my front wheel and notice a funny smell and checked everything and brake pedal hit the floor :(
All sorted now, just hope I don't get any more of this :(

Just be careful dude, not nice stuff. Glad you got it sorted nice and quickly, and lucky you noticed too!
You really should report that to the police! That is so dangerous!

Macca, I've never had any good stuff come from the police when I've had to use them. I have no faith in them whatsoever anymore :(
Well the van was either round the pub or on my driveway when it happened, either way, it was done whilst dark in areas that have very little foot traffic but are residential, but I'm hoping it was just a one off too.
I can't afford all this, just to get it back to how it was 2 weeks ago.
Brake line n all that sorted, replacement trim bits (£150  ) and a respray needed on the driver's door (£300 :( ) and I really just cannot afford any of all this :(

What sort of scum would do that!? :tosser: Shame you didnt catch them in the act.
As has been said before - lucky you noticed they were cut before driving anywhere.

I think I may have found out who it was that was doing it though.
A friend of mine has / had a boyfriend who doesn't like me at all, and I found out that the last couple of Thursdays he's been up round this area, and it was both Thursday nights / Friday mornings when the damage has been done to the Kangoo.
But I have found that he won't be coming round this way for quite some while so if I have no damage done, then it's him!!
I know what I'd be doing.........an eye for an eye..;)

There's no point as I'm not sure or anything, but I'm just hoping that that's the end of it now though.
