Brief Spec:

Owned since 02', was originally a red 1400 mk1 SR owned by an elderly lady.

Been through a few tranfsormations, as it stands now:

Engine:

1995 2.0 16V Cavalier Turbo (C20LET) Engine
Fully rebuilt, new shells gaskets bearings etc etc
Oversized .5 Forged Pistons, pockets put in the piston top to lower the compression more
Steel H Section Rods
ARP Flywheel and Rod bolts
SBS Head Stud and Nut Kit
Cometic 2.0mm Headgasket
Under piston oil jets
New Vauxhall water/oil pump's,
Solid Lifter Conversion on Rebult Coscasr cylinder head
Double Valve Springs
C20XE N/A Camshafts
Converted to run on DIS Ignition
Rebuilt T34 0.48 Turbo with 360 bearing
Custom Inlet manifold
Vectra V6 Throttle body (70mm)
Silicon boost pipes throughout
Custom Exhuast Manifold (200SX modified to fit Vaux Head Flange)
Forge Actuator
TurboSmart D.V.
Mocal 13 row oil cooler
Custom 3" Exhaust System with 3.5" tailpipe
Intercooler used as raditor to aid with cooling
Twin Pacet 7" Fans on Rad
Single Kenlowe 10" Fan on I.C.
Uprated Fuel Pump
Adjustable Fuel Regulator

Shell

Stitch welded in all the important areas
Custom front Cross Member
GSi Kit
Painted in Renault Liquid Yellow
Perspex windows all round with front sliders

Suspension

Spax RSX Coilovers
custom -90 rear springs
Polybushed throughout
Strengthened lower arms
Corsa Whitleine Rear ARB

Brakes

Wilwood Midilite 4 pots up front
Braided all round
Astra GTE 16V Rear discs

Wheels and Tyres

Speedline Allesio 2's
Yoko Rubber at the moment but to be replaced withvToyo R888 (just bought)

15" Astra wheels with Eagle F1's

15" Cav wheels with Michelin SB9 Race Slicks

Interior

Not much, erm Cobra Imola S Seats (GT width, yes im a fat bastid!)
Veypor VR 2 Dash
Spitfire Gauages Boost, AFR, Fuel, Water temp, Battery, Oil pressure
Safety Devices 6 point cage, tagged to the B Pillars, dash bar added
4 point harness'

Excellent another great nova that obviously must be a blast to drive, and another one that will be great to see. Did you do all the modifications or did you get someone to do them?

That is a serious amount of work carried out there and looks great :D

I love the rad poping out the front of the grill. And funnly enough i was reading through the total vauxhall feature the otherday.

Excellent work! I think you vauxhall lot will find a lot of help on here and we will most definitly benefit from all that work and advice that you can give us. I am soo excited :drool:
