View Full Version : Nissan 200sx s13 t28 turbo
Nissan 200sx s13, k reg, auto. Engine has bad knock but we have a complete engine that we took out of a crash damaged car and one we heard running before removing. This engine we felt was just about to need a reshell. Shells themselves cost very little and its an easy job. The crank is absolutely fine. Car will come with this spare engine in the price.
Car has a genuine T28 turbo, all running well.
Why aren't we doing it ourselves? We have far too many other jobs to do. Almost put a spare V8 in it but have got distracted. Quite happy to offer advice to sensible people.
Mot ran out in 12/08. Declared SORN. Should pass mot easily as a solid car. All RAC checks clear.
Oh and yes this car can drift even being an auto ;)
This will be going on ebay with a reserve price based on the value of the t28 turbo on it so someone will get a bargain.
We can deliver for an agreed price. PM for more details. Open to sensible offers above the turbo value.

Should be being picked up on Monday and from what I gather has been bought by someone who is an experienced drifter and seems to know what he's doing. If it doesn't go then get in contact as its going for a very good price, should easily go through another mot. :)
Still waiting for this guy to pick up, 14 days tomorrow and he keeps saying he's going to come up from Devon, me thinks hes a messer.
Anyone want this car for £250 with the spare engine and parts. I dare say if its someone we know we can help to reshell and do engine change for a very small fee and some help to speed it up. Bargain car, the other engine has one shell that has only just gone and the crank is fine!
Recovery is available within 1 hours drive (approx £60) depending on distance. T28 turbo (genuine Garrett) and many parts including LSD.
Really got far too much on with sorting out house move and eventually workshop moving.
This car should go easily through another mot.
Rant time!!
I get a text message this morning sent last night, coming at 5.30 or 6......................... what is it about people? Is it unreasonable to ask for 24hrs notice and collection within 7 days. I have allowed 14 days now and collection before midday..........so they say 5.30 or 6 and I hope for f***s sake!
With ebay I can't leave negative feedback but is that fair when he's been a complete messer? After eventually contacting him when I got his mobile number he claimed he didn't have our numbers. I had sent them with the invoice, they are on the advert and he got a copy when I requested his details. He suggested a date and then a few hours before had "trailer problems". He then suggested monday, then changed his mind and suggested either thursday or saturday and hed let me know. Thursday came and went..........nothing....... how rude . I had to send a text and email yesterday to find out about today!!!!
Bear in the mind the previous person wanted it, arranged a time, guess what, no phone call, didn't turn up. Why is that fair? to keep people waiting for hours. All it takes is one phone call and say sorry I don't want it. What's daft is they've not even seen it yet.
The only time we get hassle is with 200sx s13 owners, love the cars but many of the owners (but not all) are..................... well not going to say it.
Finally at 7pm they turned up to pick up the car and parts! So sold. Nice people themselves, can't fault them on that, but a sellers nightmare.
