Well I was hoping that this year would manage to be better than last year, but so far that doesn't seem to be ringing true.

So far I have managed to break my ankle, be made redundant and have two cars that need lots of money spending on them to get/keep them running. And still no sign of a job :(

Mark fitted my new rear tyres the other day to the Supra and noticed that there is a LOT of play in the rear offside wheel. One of the bushes in the upper rear arm has let go and the handling is dangerous. I had hoped that it was just really worn tyres causing the unpredictable handling but it seems that another 8 weeks sitting around has finished it off and it's buggered.

Price from Toyota? Please bend over, that'll be £391 sir. Can get one for about £250 from a supplier who imports but he can't get one in for two weeks and the MOT is next week. Typical.

And then the lovely Mondeo.. the bain of my life. After having the rear discs, pads and nearside caliper replaced about 500 miles ago, the offside caliper has also siezed. Very common Mondeo problem, due to the stupid rear caliper handbrake design. Another £90. Just had to put two new tyres on it as hit a pot hole and split one (also dented the rim but Mark managed to straighten it for me) and then some lovely person slashed another tyre outside of Natasha's house!

I've also had the Supra scratched up, chipped and I imagine something poured down the rear wing outside her house. So most of it now needs repainting not just where it was driven in to outside my house.

Hey ho! :(

Sounds like your year has started off similar to mine mate. Things will work out bud, they just take a bit of time... We must meet up some time soon and catch up...plus drown our liver :D
