worst adverts

Saw this massive claim for a williams clio :rolleyes: on pistonheads

You can't tell if it is a williams engine or the standard 1.8 16v as look the same. What gets us is that he claims it is 213bhp!! That's even more than a standard williams clio.......... and with what!

Worth £400 anyway as the 16v go for around £1000-£1500.

I almost sent an email and asked him how he managed to get 63bhp more than a standard clio williams but stopped myself for once. ;)

There used to be a car seller on ebay who printed all his question and answers, they were absolutely hilarious as he took the piss every time.
Unfortunately I can't find who the seller was, as every advert was genius.

I remember the guy you're talking about Jimbo. I think it was the same guy that had pretty much smashed his car in to a ditch and posted up a piss-take advert. Hilarious questions and replies that had me in stitches for ages.

as for the clio, the ad says its genuin williams, then goes and contradicts himself straight away. it is a 1.8 clio with a williams conversion. would also like to know where the extra 60+ brake has come from considering he only mentions a racing clutch and zorst, oh sorry, forgot about the lexus lights and angel eyes, this must be where the extra horses have come from :rolleyes:
