Do you mean carbs or throttle bodies as they are very different. It's possible by an involved job. Making adaptors, linkages and then mapping for your engine.

he says bike carbs ... but i say the gains are similar ..tbh unless your fitting any of them to a project or track car .. stick to whats fitted :d
the more u tune and mod a car ..the more undriveable it becomes in rush hour traffic

nah i meant carbs. you have all pretty much answered my questions. reckon ill stick with the standard ecu and injection setup. well, untill the day comes when i can afford a set of proper throttle bodies with the big old trumpets on the front!

I have fitted/adapted carbs to different bike engines, same difference.
The main problem is either finding or making the correct size jetting, getting the idle jetting right is one of the biggest pains.
TBH i would say that its not worth the hasttle, throttle bodies are a much better bet.

i fitted tbs to a 205gti with cams and the usual and it sounded great :d
but its very weather temprimental and had to leave it running for a while til warm ..like i said if its your project car then its great but not as a daily runner

TB and cams will not make for a very friendly daily driver, unless you use a piggyback or stand alone ECU, as its the warm up and idle that cant be compensated for by std ECUs.
