Looks like that was done deliberately, hope they guy was OK and was able to teach the car driver the error of his ways;)
After 30 years of riding bikes, i always expect the worst of car drivers,
the careless ones usually got bodywork repairs, the couldn't give a toss verity got dental work;)

Yeah, does look like the driver pulled out deliberately like an ass.

More drivers should be aware of motorcyclists on the roads, and I don't think it'd be such a bad idea for all people to either take their CBT as a part of learning to drive or at least ride pillion around town and see.

I've always been courteous to riders from riding bikes in Canada, but when I did my CBT in Sheffield it really made me realise how bad city drivers are towards bikers in this country!
